March Creative Challenge
Ready your obliques for our March strength challenge! This one is for our silk-savvy or silk-curious students! Hipkeys are a foundational move but by no means easy! So for March, we challenge you to try reaching your max number of hipkeys at one of our challenge levels, with GOOD FORM! You can keep your progress throughout the month on our progress board to enter for a chance to win a Get Out of Jail Free card! To get out of your conditioning for one class!
Lvl 1: Scissor hipkeys in a knot (check out our most recent blog post for how to do this!)
Lvl 2: Scissor hipkeys in the air
Lvl 3: Max hipkeys (descending) - fit into one full length climb
Lvl 4: Sequence! Scissor hipkeys > Straddle climb hipkey > Same side knee hook into hipkey > Big Russian climb into hipkey
Lvl 5: climbing (ascending!) the silks only using scissor hipkeys!
