November Challenge: Journey to the Pull-Up

Every month, we will be introducing Monthly Student Challenges that are intended to be a fun way to bring more community involvement to our studio & student body, and to create a fun and engaging way to work towards artistic/ athletic goals.

In case you missed it, the October Challenge asked everyone to create a sequence and then set it to spooky music in celebration of Halloween. You can see the results in a short video clip posted on the main page of our site, or as a reel on our Instagram @tricitycircus.

Welcome to the NOVEMBER CHALLENGE!

We’re going to take a journey to better pull-ups together!

Since all challenges are meant for EVERYONE to participate (even our youngest and newest students), Erika has outlined several options for you to get there.

The GOAL is to reach the number 11 (since November is the 11th month) with one of the following options:

  • Level 1: 11 sec flexed arm hang

  • Level 2: 11 sec flexed arm lower

  • Level 3: 11 pull-up negatives/ w megaband in a row

  • Level 4: 11 pull-ups in a row

Let’s see who can make the biggest gains and see the most improvement!
